When should I arrive?

Passengers should arrive at the restaurant to check in 30 to 45 minutes prior to your tour's departure time. The boat is boarded by group number. The earlier you check-in, the better seating you receive.

Does the cruise operate rain or shine?

Yes, the Sea Screamer Dolphin Cruise operates rain or shine. The Captain may cancel if the weather becomes stormy (thunder and lightning).

Are the boats wheelchair accessible?

No, the boats are not wheelchair accessible nor handicap approved by the coastguard. Wheelchairs and walkers can go as far as the stairs to the boat, but are not allowed on board for safety reasons. There are about 4 to 5 steps with handrails up to the boat and then a short distance to a seat. The crew will assist with boarding.

Are there life jackets on board?

Yes, life jackets are underneath all passenger seats. Children's life jackets are also available.

Are there bathrooms?

Yes, there are restroom facilities available at the meeting location prior to boarding. The restrooms on board are marine toilet facilities and are for emergency use.
