The tour ends with a breathtaking ride along the coastline.

Boarding begins by group number, based on check-in order, so early arrival is recommended, especially for those seeking canopy-covered seating. All guests must check in at Captain Jules Hurricane Restaurant and obtain a boarding pass before departure.

Prepare to get wet—dress accordingly and bring a waterproof bag for valuables. Sunscreen and sunglasses are also recommended. Please note: this tour is not handicap accessible, and walkers or wheelchairs are not permitted on board.

When should I arrive?

Passengers should arrive at the restaurant to check in 30 to 45 minutes prior to your tour's departure time. The boat is boarded by group number. The earlier you check-in, the better seating you receive.

Is parking available?

Yes. Parking is half way down Mineola Ave on the left-hand side. Look for the Sea Screamer parking sign.

Does the cruise operate rain or shine?

Yes, the Sea Screamer Dolphin Cruise operates rain or shine. The Captain may cancel if the weather becomes stormy (thunder and lightning).

Are the boats wheelchair accessible?

No, the boats are not wheelchair accessible nor handicap approved by the coastguard. Wheelchairs and walkers can go as far as the stairs to the boat, but are not allowed on board for safety reasons. There are about 4 to 5 steps with handrails up to the boat and then a short distance to a seat. The crew will assist with boarding.

Are there life jackets on board?

Yes, life jackets are underneath all passenger seats. Children's life jackets are also available.

Are there bathrooms?

Yes, there are restroom facilities available at the meeting location prior to boarding. The restrooms on board are marine toilet facilities and are for emergency use.
